WP Spell Check Refund Policy

If WP Spell Check does not work or if you have an issue with WP Spell Check that we cannot resolve, we will gladly refund your money within 30 days from the date of purchase. To receive a refund, you should contact us with log files and screenshots to demonstrate that WP Spell Check failed to operate.

We will not provide refunds for technical issues unless you have first allowed us to attempt to resolve the issue. All refunds require an existing support ticket as evidence that you have given us the opportunity to resolve the issue. Please send us a support request before requesting a refund.

Refunds do not apply to any renewal fees for continued access to the plugin. If you have not cancelled your membership/subscription prior to the renewal date, we may not issue a refund.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time before your renewal date by signing in to your account. Refunds do not apply to monthly renewal fees.

For annual subscriptions, we will send you an email 10 days prior to your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.

You agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your site if a refund is granted.

Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing plugin(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
